Mark has been involved in real estate development and construction management since 1986. Prior to joining Brightwork, he was VP of Construction/Owners rep for a Class A mid-rise multi-family development in downtown Orlando. He has single tenant retail construction experience throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. His national roll out experience with a major development program as an integral member of an initial IPO’s management team, brings Brightwork the necessary experience in due diligence, entitlements, and construction disciplines. Before working in development, Mark worked as a project manager for several General Contractors. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University.
